Technical Difficulties

With my limited knowledge of the web, I am experiencing some technical difficulties with this blog.  For reasons unknown, PC users cannot view everything I put up on this site.

What does post is low resolution. For now, I am fine with this last problem but am interested in possible solutions.  However, I do not want to post additional projects until I can resolve the first.

HELP!
